Corporate headshot pricing depends on the number of people being photographed, the amount of time needed, the location, and the overall scope of the project. We offer several corporate headshot package options that can be customized around your team, schedule, and photography needs.
Tell us approximately how many people you need photographed and where your team is located, and we’ll recommend the most efficient approach and provide a custom quote.
We can manage individual appointments through an online scheduling system, allowing each team member to choose a convenient time while giving your organizers a clear view of the schedule.
For larger corporate headshot projects, we help determine the appropriate session length and appointment spacing based on your headcount and goals. We can also work around meetings, departments, executive availability, and other scheduling requirements.

Each participant receives a link to their private image gallery immediately after their headshot session. From there, they can review their images and select their favorite headshot for professional retouching.
If anyone hasn’t made a selection, our system automatically sends reminder emails, so your team doesn’t need to chase people down.
Once we’ve received everyone’s selections, final retouched images are delivered within five business days.
Yes. If your organization already has an established headshot style, we can work from your existing images or brand guidelines to create new photographs that fit with your current company directory.
